Job summary

Transco Lines, Inc. is seeking a Safety Event Analyst to monitor driver safety data and coordinate responses to safety events. You will communicate with drivers and partners, maintain data accuracy, and drive proactive issue resolution.

Responsibilities include reviewing vehicle monitoring systems, coaching safe driving behaviors, and supporting FMCSA-compliant operations while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present clearly.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Hourly checking of vehicle monitoring systems and speed-related data to identify safety concerns.
• Proactively coach drivers on observed driving behaviors to improve safety.
• Run and review daily safety reports; address repeat issues and concerns with appropriate actions.
• Ensure drivers comply with FMCSA regulations and company policies.
• Respond to public calls regarding driving concerns; escalate issues when needed.
• Support training of other employees and participate in various safety projects as required.
