CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the Integrated Fleet Services (IFS) team to lead fleet telematics and vehicle technology programs across North America.

You will own execution and reporting while the client relationship is handled by program leadership, and you will build scalable processes for future programs. The role is remote within the United States, with responsibilities spanning installation, scheduling, forecasting and compliance.

Formación

• Five or more years of experience in project, program or operations roles.
• Experience scheduling, directing, training and holding technicians, contractors or other field personnel accountable across multiple locations.
• Experience managing multi-stage processes with documentation, compliance checkpoints and hard deadlines such as onboarding, credentialing, processing or mobilization.
• Ability to write clear reports, forecasts and briefings for senior leaders, and to turn technical or policy requirements into plain instructions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, with the ability to build trackers and reconcile data sources.
• Ability to travel up to 30% to visit sites and support field teams; valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Run several installation and repair programs concurrently with a consistent process; track site schedules, vehicle readiness, hardware and completion status from kickoff through closeout.
• Direct and mobilize field technicians and 3P contractors across regions; onboard, train and assign work to meet deadlines.
• Report program health to internal stakeholders; deliver status updates and briefings on progress, risks and corrective actions; lead reviews to build mitigation plans.
• Build and maintain forecasts and trackers; reconcile data from multiple sources and identify gaps or resource needs.
• Own reporting accuracy; maintain trackers and dashboards; resolve data discrepancies at the source.
• Review installed work for quality, safety and compliance; document findings and drive corrective actions; suggest process improvements.
• Turn client specifications into clear work instructions and train field teams; cross-train and mentor team members.
