INNIO in Houston, TX is seeking a Technical Programs Coordinator to support fleet programs and field validation activities for Jenbacher gas engines in the US service business. The role focuses on implementation support, stakeholder coordination, progress tracking, and timely documentation.

You will work closely with Field Service, Warranty, Customer Service Management, and regional teams to ensure smooth execution, clear communication, and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and/or business or equivalent.
• Experience in project management or coordination.
• Experience in service operations or technical coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute fleet programs and field validation activities in the US.
• Serve as primary point of contact for implementation topics among Field Service, Warranty, and Customer Service teams.
• Track progress, milestones, parts availability, and execution status.
• Coordinate service interventions, logistics, documentation, and follow-up.
• Gather field feedback and document technical findings for lessons learned.
• Assist with invoice validation and reimbursement follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records in relevant systems and report status.
• Escalate risks and delays to responsible functions.
• Collaborate with regional teams and customers to ensure satisfaction.
