Job summary

INNIO Group is seeking a Lead Training Instructor to deliver technical product training and consulting to customers, distributors, and internal staff for Jenbacher products. This role supports continuous improvement of training offerings and occasionally assists field service activities.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with power generation equipment, strong communication, and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience interpreting technical content and delivering technical training.
• Experience with power generation equipment preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Valid driver's license and passport.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on and classroom training to customers, distributors, and internal staff.
• Interpret technical training materials and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Collaborate with Global Product Training Center to improve content and offerings.
• Support updates to training materials and eLearning modules.
• Lead training infrastructure projects and training aids.
• Create a positive learning environment and provide excellent customer experience.
• Occasionally perform field service assignments to stay current with product technology.
• Comply with INNIO QMS, EMS, and EnMS guidelines.
• Perform other related duties to support operations.
