INNIO Midland, TX seeks an Electro‑Mechanical Field Service Technician to perform hands‑on maintenance and repair of Jenbacher gas engines (0.25–9.5 MW) across diverse industries. You will troubleshoot complex systems, commission engines, and support continuous operation while traveling up to 80% and maintaining a strong safety and quality focus.

Competenze

• Prior field technician experience in power generation or diesel engines.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting skills and hands‑on mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal, with customer‑facing experience.

• Perform hands-on service activities per engine maintenance protocols and inspections.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures; analyze data and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and collaborate with customers and team members.
• Prepare detailed technical reports with actions, materials, and follow‑ups.
• Maintain tools, parts, and vehicles; complete timesheets and EHS forms on time.
