INNIO is seeking a Customer Site Specialist for the Jenbacher Engine business in the United States. You will manage site execution, coordinate resources, and supervise assembly and commissioning activities at customer sites, ensuring safety and quality. Travel up to 90% nationally and internationally is expected.

Excellent English skills and strong communication with construction teams and executives are essential. Experience with power plants and INNIO components is preferred.

Formación

• Mechanical or electrical education or certification.
• Commercial and business management understanding is required.
• Experience in site management for power plant execution, including material management.
• Experience with INNIO products and plant components.
• Performance‑oriented personality and problem‑solving ability.
• Strong communication with construction site personnel and executives.
• Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills; team player with self‑starter mentality.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally up to 90%.

Responsabilidades

• Participation in schedule creation and deadline tracking with project management and subs, ensuring timely construction activities.
• Resource planning for timely execution of the project’s phase.
• Assembly management and supervision with progress checks and reporting.
• Site documentation and correspondence including delivery notes and protocols.
• Material management on site and in storage areas.
• Monitor and enforce site safety in coordination with client EHS.
• Provision of site equipment and consumables.
• Verify readiness for installation and inspect access routes and foundations.
• Supervise engine and BOP parts positioning and final assembly of piping and wiring.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and contract‑compliant execution.
• Oversee commissioning readiness of plant components and systems; leak and pressure tests.
• Coordinate commissioning activities with the commissioning team and customer meetings.
