Job summary

INNIO seeks a Senior Sales Manager for Jenbacher products in the Houston region. You will lead direct sales efforts, develop and manage regional accounts, and coordinate with end users, EPCs, developers, and financiers to secure orders.

You will partner with Commercial Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to align offerings and drive annual order intake. A 40% travel expectation supports a broad market reach and regional growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or business.
• Minimum of 10 years' commercial experience in sales or business development in power gen.
• Experience selling to end users, developers, EPCs, and financiers.
• Ability to travel up to 40% and manage regional accounts.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales for Jenbacher products in the assigned region and market segment.
• Develop new regional accounts and strategies to grow the business.
• Negotiate withBuyer/EPC/Developer/Financier to enable projects and close deals.
• Coordinate technical and commercial support; own sales targets.
• Maintain key accounts through the full sales cycle from lead to closure.
• Provide market intelligence to shape business development strategies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams on offerings.
• Engage in regional events and with distributors to expand product visibility.
