The role requires strong technical, financial, and industry knowledge, with responsibilities spanning safety leadership, continuous improvement, budgeting, and fleet strategy development.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive shop and equipment management experience.
• Experience with CMMS, EAM, ERP systems.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
• Experience in construction and materials industry

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety culture is present and effective.
• Promote safe, efficient maintenance practices.
• Facilitate communication with Division Equipment Managers.
• Work with Finance on CapEx budgeting and lifecycle planning.
• Support CapEx process with multi-year planning and standardization.
• Drive fleet strategies to promote sharing of equipment across markets
