Job summary

CRH is seeking a Division Equipment Performance Improvement Manager in Idaho to support the West Divisions' Equipment line of business with asset procurement, disposal, management and maintenance, focusing on total cost of ownership for fleet life. This role emphasizes safety, strong technical capability, finance understanding, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Ten years in shop, equipment maintenance and equipment management.
• Experience with electronic equipment management systems preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Experience in construction and materials industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety culture is present and effective.
• Promote safe maintenance practices and efficiency.
• Communicate regularly with Division and procurement teams.
• Ensure total cost of ownership is competitive with industry standards.
• Support CapEx budgeting and planning with divisions.
• Lead fleet strategies and shop/equipment excellence programs.
