Job summary

Motorlease Corporation is hiring two Operations Coordinators: Registrations & Titles to help manage the details that keep vehicles and fleets moving. This temp-to-perm role involves coordinating registrations, titles, insurance, and related paperwork with clients, tag and title agencies, governments, online systems, dealerships and our internal team.

As a member of Fleet Operations, you will ensure registrations are renewed, titles are accurate, and processes run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to own and take responsibility for tasks.
• Comfort working individually in a fast-paced environment and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle registrations and renewals across states using tag & title agencies and government bodies.
• Manage insurance onboarding, COIs and insurer relationships.
• Track and process titles, add liens, and assist with audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide overflow support.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
