Motorlease is seeking an Operations Coordinator (Temp-to-Perm) to join the Fleet Operations team. The role focuses on coordinating vehicle registrations, renewals, and title integrity across states while providing coverage for a staff member on leave with potential for permanent conversion.

You will work with cross-functional groups and external partners, ensuring accurate data and timely processing, with opportunities for process improvements and growth.

Responsibilities

• Process titles, track documents, and perform internal title audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Participate in process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
