Cox Enterprises is seeking a Fleet Operations Support Specialist II to ensure regulatory compliance for vehicle registrations across Cox divisions and with external agencies. The role requires a consultative approach, strong customer service and vendor management to support operations.

• High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years’ related experience, or an equivalent combination; or 5 years’ experience in a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with peers, partners, and leadership.
• Proficient in understanding, analyzing, and managing vehicle information for recommendations.
• Consultative approach to customer needs, ability to run reports and interpret data.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office programs, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Complete state forms to support vehicle registration renewals, transfers, re-titles and other motor vehicle transactions to keep assets compliant.
• Support title management to ensure asset security and availability of documentation for vehicle sales.
• Communicate with customers to complete pre-requirements such as emissions, weights slips and other inspections.
• Receive and sort mail and file appropriately; mail out completed product per customer policies.
• Gather fleet-related requirements and submissions to regulatory agencies (DOT, IRP, IFTA, UCR).
• Ensure billing accuracy and timely processing of payments.
• Update asset status and all regulatory details in Cox asset database promptly.
• Maintain, update and document regulatory processes and requirements.
• Meet with vendors to ensure competitive lead times, quality, value and innovation; support automations within Cox systems.
