Job summary

Enterprise Fleet Management is seeking a Vehicle Title Coordinator to oversee the title management process and inventory for all units. You will audit titles for compliance, handle inbound/outbound mail, research missing or incorrect titles, and serve as the primary contact for internal questions.

This full-time role reports to the Fleet Operations Center in St. Louis, MO, with a Monday–Friday schedule and flex options.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must live in the St. Louis Metropolitan area.
• Bachelor's Degree with two years in vendor support OR HS Diploma/GED with three years in vendor support.
• Basic skills of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Certified notary preferred; willing to obtain Notary Public Commission for Missouri.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Able to work in-office Monday-Friday at Fleet Operations Center.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve missing titles and compliance issues with state requirements.
• Manage and maintain vehicle title inventory for all Enterprise Fleet Management vehicles.
• Identify errors and coordinate with internal/external parties to resolve them.
• Manage Title Team mailbox and act as primary contact for title questions.
• Execute and track captive dealer sale transactions with proper title assignments.
• Complete title assignments and record retention for leased and client-owned vehicles.
• Advise internal teams on proper title procedures based on state requirements.
• Perform regular audits of title team requirements and ensure standards are met.
• May sign and notarize documents.
