You will collaborate with the Fleet Manager on fleet logistics, monitor performance metrics, develop training materials, and coordinate events. The role requires highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable team player who can travel when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with LMS is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

• Travel when required.
• Monitor fleet operations: maintenance, dispatch, routing, tracking.
• Procure vehicles and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor fleet utilization, fuel and costs.

• Track training certifications and LMS content.
• Create training materials and coordinate sessions.
• Manage the Training Portal daily.
