Qualifications

• Experience in fleet coordination logistics, transportation or dispatch operation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fleet utilization and performance.
• Schedule preventative maintenance, repairs and inspections.
• Maintain records for registrations, insurance, permits and service history.
• Track fuel, mileage, GPS and telematics data.
• Prepare reports for IFTA submission.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and company safety regulations.
• Communicate with vendors and mechanics.
• Prepare reports for fleet performance.
