Job summary

World Group seeks an energetic Fleet Coordinator to join our Norfolk, VA terminal. You will manage the local customer experience by building relationships with warehouses and vendors, and act as the liaison between terminal operations and the customer-facing team.

A High School Diploma or GED is required; college degree preferred. You should be highly organized with strong communication skills and comfortable handling high email/phone volume; knowledge of Transportation Management Systems and MS

• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in trucking/logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage local customer experience at trucking terminals.
• Build and nurture relationships with warehouses/vendors.
• Link terminal operations with the customer-facing team.
• Enter order information accurately and respond quickly to inquiries.
