Job summary

United Leasing & Finance is seeking a Vice President of Fleet Management to lead the strategic direction, operational readiness, and financial performance of our fleet financing programs and fleet management software solutions. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of fleet assets, from acquisition to disposal, driving efficiency and cost effectiveness across the organization.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop dashboards, onboard fleet customers, and grow our financing portfolio

Qualifications

• 8+ years in fleet management or logistics with leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and cost control.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic plans for fleet management and software solutions.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for customers and management.
• Mentor and develop fleet management team.
• Negotiate with vendors and manage supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and environmental regulations.
