Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of the US company car fleet, ensuring safety, compliance and cost-efficiency. You will collaborate with a third-party Fleet Management partner to optimize lifecycle processes and drive continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes budgeting, data analytics, and driving fleet optimization while maintaining governance and risk controls within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in procurement or fleet/asset management.
• Experience with end-to-end procurement processes (R2P/P2P).
• Proficient in MS Office; strong data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba and SAP ECC is preferred, with vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees US fleet operations of 1,300+ vehicles, ensuring safety, compliance and cost-effectiveness.
• Supports development and execution of US fleet strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Manages vehicle lifecycle with third-party fleet partner, including acquisition, allocation, replacement and disposal.
