Job summary

Greenrise Technologies is seeking a Fleet Manager to lead maintenance, repair, and lifecycle management of our fleet across branch locations. This corporate, office-based role partners with local sites and external vendors to keep vehicles safe, compliant, and cost-effective.

You will administer the fleet platform, use telematics data to drive proactive decisions, and report fleet condition and spend to leadership. A mechanical background and experience with DOT compliance are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fleet management experience.
• Experience administering Fleetio.
• Experience with Geotab.
• Lifecycle planning and total cost of ownership analysis.
• Driver Qualification files and DOT compliance knowledge.
• Technical or mechanical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair and maintenance of fleet across branch locations.
• Serve as main point of contact for branch locations on fleet issues.
• Coordinate with outside repair vendors and on-site services.
• Manage parts sourcing and vendor relationships to minimize downtime.
• Establish preventive-maintenance and inspection standards.
• Develop lifecycle plans for vehicles and equipment.
