Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• 8+ years in fleet management or transportation leadership with ≥3 years in leadership.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and cost-reduction experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction and financial performance of fleet programs.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for customers and management.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing account management for fleet customers.
• Grow the fleet financing portfolio and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement.
