Job summary

Vistar-Northwest in Oregon is seeking a Driver Supervisor to oversee delivery operations, train staff, and ensure DOT compliance across the fleet. You will coordinate driver scheduling, monitor safety, and support efficient route execution.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in transportation roles, familiarity with fleet management systems, and a track record of supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years transportation or related experience.
• Experience with DOT and safety regulations; familiarity with fleet management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train drivers; schedule deliveries and coaching.
• Assist in daily admin of transportation and driver payroll.
• Ensure DOT and OpCo compliance; review logs and expense reports.
• Monitor vehicle safety, equipment use, and safe handling of products.
• Maintain driver paperwork and post-trip inspections.
• Collaborate to minimize operating costs and optimize routes.
