Qualifications

• Equivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day driver operations and provide leadership to company drivers.
• Coordinate daily driver assignments, schedules, and transportation activities.
• Monitor Hours of Service, performance, safety, and compliance.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, and other teams to address delivery concerns.
• Provide training on company technology platforms and documentation requirements.
• Review and approve operational documentation and driver records.
