Job summary

First Advantage in Fishers, IN is seeking an Operations Specialist to support the vehicle team on-site. The role focuses on documenting customer requests, coordinating with transaction teams, and ensuring timely processing of fleet renewals, titles, registrations and licensing.

You will use RoadReady and TFMS systems, generate weekly reports, and maintain multiple platforms with accuracy. A High School diploma is required; Excel skills and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in transportation industry or Bureau of Motor Vehicles preferred.
• Proficient in Excel with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inbound transactional tasks from customers received via phone, mail, or e-mail are documented in RoadReady and routed to appropriate operating teams.
• Update internal systems (TFMS) with updated location and/or vehicle information as provided by customers.
• Provide recurring reporting to customers for required documents.
• Complete administrative tasks associated with ad hoc task folder creation, citation management, and title audit support.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management
