Percepta is seeking a Fleet Operations Associate to work on-site in Detroit, supporting the Ford Core Fleet Team with data management, reporting, and customer inquiries. You’ll be the first contact for general fleet questions, ensuring accurate asset and driver data and seamless data housekeeping across multiple fleet systems.

The role emphasizes collaboration, operational execution, and timely escalation when ownership is required, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience within a contact center or customer service environment.
• Administrative or operational support experience.
• Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.
• Experience with fleet data processing and reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Back-office data management, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• First-line customer support via phone and email.
• Collaborate with Ford Core Fleet Team at Dearborn-Allen Park location.
• Escalate portfolio-level or ownership matters to Core Fleet Team as needed.
• Generate and distribute reports and perform data analysis across fleet systems.
