Job summary

Sixt-US in Dallas, TX seeks a Fleet Support Administrator to organize fleet operations, manage repairs, and oversee daily work orders. The role focuses on keeping vehicles ready for rental, coordinating with dealerships and body shops, and ensuring accurate inventory records.

Starting pay is $21.50 per hour and full-time hours apply. You will support fleet management with maintenance scheduling, estimates, purchase orders, and driver coordination to keep the fleet running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills to deliver data-driven insights for fleet operations.
• Organizational skills to manage inventory, repairs, work orders, and docs.
• Team player able to work in a fast-paced fleet environment.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders to deliver results.
• Willing to work 40 hours weekly and travel 5–10%.
• Willing to wear a uniform; language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory checks and manage vehicle availability with dealers and body shops.
• Assist Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling, estimates, and purchase orders.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental with documentation, decals and inventory entry.
• Oversee vehicle disposal prep, condition reports and repairs coordination.
• Monitor shifts, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and future demand.
