Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator in Dallas to manage repairs, work orders, and day-to-day fleet operations, ensuring every vehicle is ready for rental.

You will support the Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling, estimates, purchase orders, and driver coordination, while preparing new and disposal- ready vehicles. This role offers growth and a starting hourly rate of $21.50, with 40-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• Willing to work 40 hours per week and travel 5-10%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless fleet operations via daily inventory checks and vehicle availability coordination.
• Assist Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling, estimates, PO creation, and driver coordination.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental with required documentation and inventory entries.
• Oversee vehicle preparation for disposal, complete condition reports, and coordinate repairs.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and future fleet demand.
