Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Variable Fleet Coordinator to oversee a dispersed fleet of delivery vehicles. The role involves coordinating maintenance, inspections, detailing, and fueling across multiple locations, with travel between sites during the work week.

The ideal candidate has at least six months managing 50+ vehicles, strong customer service experience, and solid MS Office skills. US work authorization, a valid license, and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience managing a fleet of at least 50 vehicles required.
• 2–5 years of customer service or client account management desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• US work authorization, valid driver's license, and clean driving record required.
• Must be on your feet most of the day and able to drive between locations; some weekends/holidays possible.

Responsibilities

• Manage variable fleet units and delivery vehicles.
• Perform pre- and post-service inspections of the fleet.
• Coordinate light detailing, washing, and cleaning of fleet units.
• Schedule repairs with third-party vendors for mechanical and body work.
• Ensure refueling of returned units and maintain fleet records.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and fleet personnel to maintain fleet health.
