Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Variable Fleet Coordinator in El Paso, TX to manage delivery vehicle fleets, coordinate maintenance, and ensure fleet readiness. You will perform fleet inspections, schedule repairs with third-party vendors, and maintain detailed records of activities for a seamless operation.

The role requires a high school diploma, 6 months+ fleet experience with 50+ vehicles, strong MS Office skills, and US work authorization with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months min. fleet management for 50+ vehicles.
• 2–5 years in customer service or client account management desirable.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage variable fleet units and ensure fleet health.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and repairs with vendors.
• Oversee detailing, washing, and cleaning of fleet units.
• Maintain records of completed activities and fuel returns.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
