Apex Systems seeks a Variable Fleet Coordinator to manage delivery vehicle fleets across Linden, NJ and nearby locations. The role requires traveling between sites, conducting fleet health checks, and coordinating maintenance to ensure vehicles are ready for service.

The ideal candidate has 6+ months of fleet-management experience and 2–5 years in customer service, with strong MS Office skills and a valid US driver’s license. Onsite work is required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience managing a fleet of at least 50 rental or fleet vehicles.
• Two to five years of customer service or client account management experience desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.

Aufgaben

• Manage variable fleet units and delivery vehicles.
• Perform pre- and post-service inspections of the fleet.
• Coordinate light detailing, washing, and cleaning of fleet units.
• Schedule repairs with third-party vendors for mechanical and body work.
• Ensure refueling of returned units.
• Maintain records of completed activities.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and fleet personnel to sustain fleet health.
