Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Variable Fleet Coordinator to oversee the health and maintenance of our delivery vehicle fleet across Seffner and surrounding locations. The role requires travel between sites during the work week and entails hands-on inspections, coordination with vendors, and daily fleet health activities.

The ideal candidate has experience managing a fleet of 50+ vehicles and 2-5 years in customer service or account management, with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months of experience managing a fleet of at least 50 rental or fleet vehicles.
• 2-5 years of customer service or client account management experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage key aspects of variable fleet units, including delivery vehicles.
• Perform detailed pre and post in-service inspections of the fleet.
• Coordinate light detailing, washing, and cleaning of fleet units.
• Schedule corrective mechanical and body repairs with third-party vendors.
• Ensure the refueling of returned units.
• Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and fleet personnel to maintain fleet health.
• Maintain records of all completed activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to improve the program.
