Apex Systems in Redlands, CA is seeking a Variable Fleet Coordinator to oversee a diverse fleet of delivery vehicles across multiple locations. The role focuses on keeping vehicles ready for service, coordinating maintenance, and managing fleet health.

You will perform pre- and post-service inspections, arrange light detailing, and schedule repairs with third-party vendors while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months managing a fleet of 50+ vehicles.
• Two to five years of customer service experience desirable.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Manage variable fleet units including delivery vehicles.
• Perform pre- and post-service inspections of the fleet.
• Coordinate light detailing, washing, and cleaning of fleet units.
• Schedule corrective mechanical and body repairs with third-party vendors.
• Ensure the refueling of returned units.
• Maintain records of all completed activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to improve the program.
