Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Variable Fleet Coordinator to manage a fleet of delivery vehicles across Fairburn, Buford, and Ellenwood locations. You will perform inspections, coordinate maintenance, and ensure vehicles are ready for service.

The role requires travel between sites, weekend/holiday availability, and a focus on fleet health and customer service. MS Office proficiency and a valid driver's license are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months+ of fleet management or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in customer service or client account management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage variable fleet units and delivery vehicles.
• Perform pre- and post-service inspections of fleet.
• Coordinate light detailing, washing, and cleaning of fleet units.
• Schedule repairs with third‑party vendors.
• Ensure refueling of returned units.
• Maintain records of all activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to improve the program.
• Travel between multiple locations during the work week.
