Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks a Variable Fleet Coordinator to manage a multifleet of delivery vehicles. You will oversee fleet health, inspections, maintenance scheduling, detailing, and refueling for units across multiple locations, with travel between sites during the work week.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 50+ vehicle fleet experience, and 2–5 years in customer service or client management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months of experience managing a fleet of at least 50 rental or fleet vehicles.
• 2–5 years of customer service or client account management experience desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage variable fleet units and delivery vehicles.
• Conduct pre/post in-service inspections of fleet.
• Coordinate light detailing, washing, and cleaning of fleet units.
• Schedule repairs with third-party vendors and ensure timely maintenance.
• Ensure refueling of returned units and maintain records of activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to improve fleet health.
