Job summary

Fleet Mobility Solutions, LLC in South San Francisco is seeking a Mobility Coordinator to ensure vehicle readiness and smooth shift coordination for our fleet. This role supports daily operations, helping drivers start shifts with properly prepared vehicles and documentation.

You will perform pre/post-shift inspections, assign vehicles, and monitor status through the day to minimize downtime and keep operations flowing efficiently.

Qualifications

• Valid CA driver's license (where applicable).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections to ensure safety and readiness.
• Assign vehicles to drivers based on availability and needs.
• Prepare and organize key tags and documentation for driver shifts.
