Job summary

HireArt is recruiting for a Shift Coordinator to ensure smooth test operations. You will manage vehicle and operator assignments, perform deployment readiness checks, and serve as the central point for coordination and escalations across cross-functional teams.

The role involves monitoring fleet health in real-time, maintaining shift logs and performance metrics, and coordinating in-shift support and resource reallocation. Local Bay Area travel is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of operations, logistics, or vehicle fleet coordination experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills under time-sensitive conditions.
• Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced technical environment.
• Familiarity with basic troubleshooting and triaging workflows.
• Comfort using dashboards and internal tools to monitor fleet activity.

Responsibilities

• Execute test plans by coordinating daily vehicle deployments and operator assignments.
• Conduct pre-deployment checks to ensure vehicles meet operational standards.
• Monitor vehicle fleet health in real-time using internal tools and dashboards.
• Ensure all operators comply with safety and testing protocols.
• Maintain shift logs, performance metrics, and operational hand-offs.
• Coordinate in-shift support activities, including vehicle swaps and priority changes.
• Travel between SF and Sunnyvale sites for coverage as needed.
