Qualifications

• 4–7 years of project or program management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs from initiation through completion.
• Vendor management and external stakeholder communications experience.
• Experience supporting rental fleet management or fleet operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple projects from planning through execution, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Develop project timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor project progress across cross-functional teams.
• Manage external vendor relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project communications.
• Support rental fleet strategy initiatives, including coordination of fleet operations and rental programs.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates for leadership.
• Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive operational improvements and achieve business objectives.
