Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a talented Project/Program Manager II to support fleet strategy and rental operations for a leading global technology and logistics organization. This role is ideal for experienced program managers with strong vendor management, fleet operations, and cross-functional coordination experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Title: Project/Program Manager II (Fleet Operations Manager)
Duration: 6+ Month Contract (Potential Extension or Conversion)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate multiple projects from planning through execution, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
- Develop project timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor project progress across cross-functional teams.
- Manage external vendor relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project communications.
- Support rental fleet strategy initiatives, including coordination of fleet operations and rental programs.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates for leadership.
- Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive operational improvements and achieve business objectives.
Must-Have Skills:
- 4–7 years of Project or Program Management experience.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional programs from initiation through completion.
- Experience with vendor management and external stakeholder communications.
- Experience supporting rental fleet management or fleet operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with rental vehicle management software.
- Working knowledge of SQL for reporting or data analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management experience across multiple business functions.
- Experience supporting logistics, transportation, or fleet strategy initiatives.
Soft Skills:

Compensation
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $58 - $62 Hourly on W2.
