Qualifications

This role is ideal for experienced program managers with strong vendor management, fleet operations, and cross-functional coordination experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Project/Program Manager II (Fleet Operations Manager)

Duration: 6+ Month Contract (Potential Extension or Conversion)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate multiple projects from planning through execution, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Develop project timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor project progress across cross-functional teams.
• Manage external vendor relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project communications.
• Support rental fleet strategy initiatives, including coordination of fleet operations and rental programs.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates for leadership.
• Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive operational improvements and achieve business objectives.

Must-Have Skills:

• 4–7 years of Project or Program Management experience.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional programs from initiation through completion.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with rental vehicle management software.
• Working knowledge of SQL for reporting or data analysis.

• Experience supporting logistics, transportation, or fleet strategy initiatives.

Compensation

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $58 - $62 Hourly on W2.
