Job summary

Leo Tech LLC is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of its vehicle fleets and related equipment. The role ensures a safe, serviceable fleet that supports critical training and mission readiness.

You will manage budgets, coordinate maintenance, and enforce regulatory standards to minimize risk and downtime. The successful candidate will apply GPS tracking and telematics to optimize routes, monitor performance, and produce management reports.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a Program Manager in Fleet Maintenance or Fleet Vehicle Management.
• Must be able to pass a National Criminal History Check (NCHC).
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to vehicle operation and maintenance to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• Shall be responsible for operational budgets and for tracking expenditures on fuel, repairs, and vehicle replacements.
• They implement cost-saving strategies, optimize fleet utilization, and may leverage technology like telematics and predictive maintenance systems to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
• Ensuring that all vehicles and drivers comply with legal and regulatory requirements is a critical duty.
• Fleet managers maintain records of inspections, certifications, and safety audits, and enforce company policies to minimize risk.
• Using GPS tracking, fleet management software, and telematics to monitor vehicle performance, optimize routes, and generate reports for upper management
• Analyze data to improve operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to long-term planning, including fleet expansion, adoption of new technologies, and integration of electric or alternative fuel vehicles
