Job summary

CoreWeave seeks a Fleet Engineering Project Manager to coordinate RMA workflows, drive operational improvements, and align internal/external teams across fleet engineering and data center operations. You will analyze ticket data, prepare client-facing reports, and partner with vendors to optimize throughput and reliability.

The role emphasizes strong communication, project oversight, and execution in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to impact performance metrics and delivery

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with physical IT infrastructure, data center ops or RMA with external vendors.
• Experience building ticket-based workflows and analyzing ticket data trends for bottlenecks.
• Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation and client-facing infrastructure reports.
• Proven ability to communicate with external vendors on business needs and incidents.
• Strong execution skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Regular project reviews to identify improvements and drive optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RMA generation, support, and issue resolution across stakeholders.
• Generate and share performance metrics for internal and vendor teams.
• Facilitate communication among fleet engineering, data center techs, and vendor partners.
• Lead cross-team projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation of initiatives.
