Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the planning and execution of large-scale event content programs. You will partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate content development, manage timelines, track deliverables, and help deliver conferences from planning through post-event analysis.

The role focuses on coordinating multiple event programs, driving improvements, and ensuring successful outcomes through structured project management practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Asana, AirTable, Cvent, or RainFocus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned event content workstreams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, trackers, and status reports.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and roadblocks to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support conference planning and execution across multiple event programs.
• Analyze post-event data and provide recommendations for future improvements.
• Drive operational improvements and implement new program delivery processes.
