Job summary

Jobtailor in Houston seeks a senior program leader to drive transformation across Fleet and Enterprise programs. You will partner with senior management and steering committees to shape strategic vision and guide complex projects to scale.

You will own budgets, schedules and quality for multiple initiatives, directing staff and resources while collaborating with customers and partners to achieve measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 424 years of relevant work experience?
• 7+ years of relevant work experience preparing and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Act as execution arm of transformation to design, prototype, refine and scale Fleet and Enterprise programs
• Work with senior management, various board and steering committees, functional leaders, and individual team leaders by contributing strategic vision
• Oversees the conception, implementation, and analysis of multiple enterprise solutions projects with a large scope and complexity
• Works at the top business contributor level of business and/or process systems analysis while considering the business implications
• Responsible for deliverables, cost, schedule, and quality of one or more enterprise solutions projects
• Plans projects, allocates and directs staff and other resources
• Works with internal and external customers, suppliers and other partners to resolve problems
• Drives the project(s) and the organization toward achieving business results
• Identifies and ensures continuous development, improvement, and implementation of the key business processes
• Focuses on consistency and quality in the implementation of process improvements
