Responsibilities include managing a dedicated driver fleet, dispatching activities, handling service failures, maintaining client relations, and contributing to planning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; CDL preferred.
• 1+ years of transportation experience required.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated fleet of professional drivers and monitor performance.
• Direct and dispatch all transportation activities within the department.
• Handle service failures, safety, and driver utilization.
• Maintain customer relations and communicate load updates.
• Assist with payroll needs and loading processes.
