Covenant Transport, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Fleet Manager to coordinate a dedicated fleet of professional drivers and act as a liaison with customers. You will monitor service performance, manage driver communications, and help drive utilization of vehicles and assets.

The role emphasizes training, mentorship, and growth within a limited-scope operation, with opportunities to develop leadership skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or related field preferred.
• AS400 and/or TMW experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Dedicated Fleet of Professional Drivers.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to maximize utilization.
• Track ETAs, load confirmations, and driver performance throughout the day.
• Address service failures and driver safety issues promptly.
• Support payroll, advances, and fuel issues as needed.
• Update AS400 and/or TMW data accurately.
