Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages drivers’ activities to meet client expectations.
• Addresses driver performance issues through coaching and discipline.
• Interviews prospective drivers and assists hiring decisions.
• Conducts 30- and 60-day driver performance reviews.
• Coaches, trains on safety, customer service, and Hogan policies.
• Coordinates services to maximize profits and schedule drivers.
• Directs drivers to locations per customer requests and needs.
• Monitors driver performance and daily work schedules.
• Advises on traffic, weather, hazards and creates contingency routes.
• Manages fleet for on-time pickups, route costs, and hours of service.
• Ensures safe work environment and compliance with safety laws.
• Ensures driver payroll accuracy and timely submission.
• Other duties as assigned.
