Hogan Transportation in Ohio is seeking a Fleet Manager to lead and support drivers assigned to a customer account. You will ensure on-time deliveries and high-quality customer service while coordinating routes and schedules.

The role requires 2–5 years in trucking, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel. You will interview drivers, conduct performance reviews, coach for safety and service, and monitor daily operations to maximize profitability.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in the transportation/trucking industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Manages drivers’ activities to meet client expectations and Hogan policies.
• Identifies and addresses driver performance issues through coaching and discipline as appropriate.
• Interviews prospective drivers and makes hiring recommendations.
• Conducts 30- and 60-day driver performance reviews.
• Coaches and trains drivers on customer satisfaction, safety, and Hogan practices.
• Coordinates services including driver schedules to maximize profits.
• Monitors driver performance and schedules to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Ensures compliance with safety laws and company requirements.
• Maintains daily accounting of trucks and drivers.
• Works with drivers to reduce turnover and promote workforce longevity.
