This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage budgets, develop employees, and implement continuous improvements. Occasional travel, DOT compliance, and a focus on safety are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of operational leadership in transportation, logistics, or trucking.
• Strong understanding of commercial transportation operations and fleet management.
• Experience managing teams and driving operational performance.
• Financially minded with ability to analyze data and manage budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
