• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance and oversee daily functions.
• Drive business and customer success through engagement and pricing strategies.
• Optimize fleet productivity and analyze KPIs and data.
• Develop plans to improve quality, efficiency and safety across the operation.
• Partner with Driver Managers to support drivers and fleet operations.
• Resolve operational issues with minimal disruption to customers and drivers.
• Ensure DOT hours-of-service compliance and safety initiatives.
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members; set goals and performance standards.
• Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and staffing levels.
• Develop budgets and contribute to strategic planning and financial targets.
