Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of operational leadership in transportation/logistics.
• Strong understanding of commercial transportation operations and fleet management.
• Experience leading teams and driving performance.
• Financial acumen to analyze data and manage budgets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
