Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Coordinate activities of driver team and supervise daily operations.
• Monitor and improve fleet productivity using key performance indicators.
• Assist drivers with day‑to‑day needs and review related reports.
• Manage transportation software (TMW) used to track and support drivers.
• Develop and revise SOPs, job descriptions, and pay scales as needed.
• Lead focus groups, staff meetings, and driver reviews to enhance performance.
