Job summary

Hogan Transportation, part of the Enterprise Mobility portfolio, seeks a Fleet Manager to provide operational leadership for drivers under a customer account. The role ensures high-quality service, safe and timely deliveries, and fosters continued driver performance improvement.

Responsibilities include coaching drivers, maximizing efficiency, scheduling, and maintaining compliance with safety and company policies. Strong communication with customers and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• 2-5 years experience in the transportation/trucking industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manages drivers’ activities and ensures drivers meet Hogan expectations and policies.
• Identifies and addresses driver performance issues through coaching and discipline as appropriate.
• Interviews prospective drivers and makes recommendations on hiring decisions.
• Conducts 30- and 60-day driver performance reviews.
• Coaches, trains, and reinforces drivers on customer satisfaction, Hogan policies, and safety.
• Coordinates services to maximize profits and align with customer requests.
